Bob Weathers

Founder & CEO

With almost forty years in the education industry, Bob has built a reputation as a technology innovator and a champion of high-quality customer support. To say education technology is his passion is an understatement. It’s really his way of life. 

After his start as an IT Director for a large K-12 school district, Bob left to do what he does best. He started a company with a mission to improve the way school districts did business, and set his sights on building a team of the best possible minds and innovators to assist him. After succeeding in his first venture, he did it again, culminating with the world’s most successful student information system to date. But that wasn’t enough for Bob. When he founded Edupoint, he wanted to do something truly unique – create a company whose purpose was to continually innovate, and, at the same time, deliver the highest quality ongoing support Marketing Officer to ensure long term success for the company and his customers. His personal mantras – “Customer First, Always” and “Do the Right Thing” – have become guiding Edupoint philosophies. 

Rob Wilson

President & Chief Innovation Officer

K-12 technology is not just changing – it’s transforming. And Rob Wilson is the perfect choice to lead Edupoint in the role of Chief Innovation Officer because he himself is a change agent – one who has dedicated his career to focus on the future, technology-empowered transformation, and information intelligence.

Rob, a 20 year veteran in the SIS technology market, has played a principal role in the architecting, design, and development of several student information systems, including SASIxp and the Synergy Education Platform. His thought leadership is the driving force behind the company’s market leadership in mobile platforms, with a focus to make information more immediate, more relevant, and accessible for all stakeholders, including parents and students. Rob also leads the company’s efforts in instructional improvement and learning management, bringing vision and technological expertise to bear as the Education Platform expands to address the challenges of today’s educators.

Chris Moss

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Chris leads Edupoint’s sales organization in aligning sales objectives with business strategy and achieving performance goals. Her expertise in sales and marketing stems from working with some of the country’s largest education software companies for the past 15 years. Chris’ unique skill set has helped Edupoint increase revenue streams through strategic, integrated marketing and sales programs. As head of the company’s marketing organization, Chris plays an active role in cultivating the Synergy brand, guiding RFP responses, and overseeing major company events, such the Edupoint Annual Users Conference.

Mike Lehrack

Vice President, Instructional Applications & Chief Instructional Officer

Mike’s experience in instructional software development spans almost 20 years. He founded GradeWorks and led the development of standards-based gradebook and report card software, and was a successful CIO at ETS Instructional Data Management Systems, delivering instructional technology to improve student achievement. At Edupoint, Mike is focused on harnessing the data collected by teachers in the classroom, and using it to inform instruction. He’s Edupoint’s expert on Common Core and assessment technology, and has been integral to the company’s growth in curriculum management, learning management, and assessment areas.

Noam Luft

Vice President, Product Development & Chief Technology Officer

Noam is an industry veteran who has been with Edupoint since inception. With his unique understanding of the Synergy Education Platform, and close relationship with many of Edupoint’s clients, he focuses on product innovation and user experience. His previous work experience, with companies such as NCS and Pearson, includes test and quality assurance, programming, and technical project management for both student and instructional management systems.

Christine Baumann

Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Administration

Christine heads up Edupoint’s finance and HR teams, drawing on more than 20 years of wide-ranging accounting and finance experience in a variety of roles and industries to effectively guide financial processes and decisions for Edupoint. Christine’s track record of financial leadership at major national and international companies is a huge asset to the company as it grows and evolves. In her role overseeing HR at Edupoint, she is personally invested in supporting the growth and development of, in her words, “Edupoint’s amazing staff.”

Justin Berg

Vice President of Partner Success & Chief Product Expert

Justin knows student information systems. He was the SIS manager for the Scottsdale Unified School District, a senior analyst for SASIxp, and the technical lead for Arizona State Reporting (SAIS) support. Currently Justin serves as chief Synergy product expert, working closely with our customers to gain a true understanding of their district needs, showcasing the strengths of the Synergy solutions, and demonstrating how they will benefit all stakeholders in the education process. He also heads up the Edupoint Partner Success team, whose members serve as district advocates beyond “go-live” to help ensure a timely and responsive customer experience. Justin previously served as the project/implementation manager for the successful migration to Synergy for numerous Edupoint clients.

Tom McGrew

Executive Vice President

Tom has been designing and developing K-12 administrative software for over 30 years, first as the chief architect and developer of SASIxp, and then as architect of the Synergy Education Platform. Tom has extensive Oracle and SQL database experience, and with his hands-on commitment to excellence has served as the technical manager and lead developer of SASIxp/Synergy solutions for districts such as Fairfax County Public Schools and Long Beach Unified School District.

Deborah Adolphs

Vice President, Project Management & Implementation Services

Debbie’s extensive K-12 SIS experience, strategic approach, and customer focus help Edupoint ensure the effective management and delivery of key company functions in a constantly changing environment.  Her proven track record of achievement includes building best-in-class implementation, project management, and training teams with a focus on communication, problem solving, risk management, and leadership. Debbie has extensive experience working in all facets of K-12 education, including as a classroom teacher, trainer, and project manager of technology implementations for some of the nation’s largest school districts.

Tim Templeton

Vice President, Technical Services

Tim Templeton has directed, implemented, and supported every aspect of student information systems in public school environments, small to large. With 18 years of school district experience as a director of technology services, Tim has an insider’s understanding of the needs of districts and of K-12 administration. He has more than 14 years' experience assisting districts with their Edupoint product implementations.

Peter Lowry

Vice President, State Reporting & Special Education

Peter leads the State Reporting and Special Education product units as well as the Customization and Ed-Fi teams at Edupoint. His approach is informed by years of experience working on curriculum management systems, student information systems, and special education applications as a software developer and manager within school districts and the private sector. Peter has been with Edupoint since 2018, when he joined the company as SIS Product Manager.
