Option 1: Log in with a district-provided Google account
This option is typically for students who are provided a Google account by their district. Google accounts not issued by your district cannot be used to log in.
- If you see a Login With Google button displayed when you open the StudentVUE portal or mobile app, click it.
- You will be instantly redirected into to StudentVUE if you are logged into your Google account. If you are redirected to a Google screen instead, click Sign In and enter your district-assigned account credentials. When you submit the login form, you will be redirected into StudentVUE.
Option 2: Activate your ParentVUE or StudentVUE account in the web portal
- Find the ParentVUE or StudentVUE web address for your school district. All ParentVUE and StudentVUE web portal users will need to enter the web address for their child’s school as part of the one-time activation process. Look for a link to the ParentVUE and StudentVUE portals on your child’s school website. The web address will be the same for the entire district, so if you have children at more than one school, you only need to find one URL and register one time. If you don’t see a link on the school website, it may be in an email you have received from your child’s school. If you have an email with a link or URL, contact the office at your child’s school.
- Open the web address for your school district.
- For a language other than English, select your preferred language at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “I am a parent” or “I am a student.”
- If you don’t see the “Activate Account” button, select “More Options.”
I have an activation key from my district
- Select “Activate Account.”
- Read the Privacy Statement and select “I Accept.”
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and activation key exactly as they appear in the activation letter.
- Select “Continue.”
- Enter your User Name.
- Enter your Password.
- Select “Complete Account Activation.”
I don’t have an activation key
- Select “Request Account Activation.” If you don’t see this option, contact your child’s school to request account activation.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and a Date of Birth for any of your children attending school in the district.
- Select “Request Activation.” An email will be sent to you at the email address you provided.
- Check your email and click the “Return to Login” button in the email.
- Read the Privacy Statement and select “I Accept”
- Enter your desired Password
- Confirm Password
- Select “Complete Account Activation”
Activate your ParentVUE or StudentVUE account in the mobile app
You will need an activation code from your school district. If you have not received a letter with this information, contact your school office for assistance. Only one activation code is needed per user regardless of the number of students attending school in the district or which schools they attend.
- Open the app.
- Swipe left to locate your school district.
- Select one of the following options for locating your school district:
- Allow the app to access your location, then select your school district from the list provided.
- Enter the zip code where your school district office is located, then select your school district from the list provided.
- Manually enter the mobile URL. This URL can be found on the Account Access screen of the ParentVUE/StudentVUE web portal for your school district. Your child’s school may have sent the portal link by email or it may be posted on the school website. If needed, contact the school office for assistance.
- You may see a prompt asking if you have an activation key. Select “Yes.” Otherwise, select “Have an activation key? Create my account.”
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and activation key exactly as they appear in the activation letter.
- Select “Continue.”
- Enter your User Name.
- Enter your Password.
- Confirm Password.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Select “Complete Account Activation.”
