Edupoint® Educational Systems is pleased to announce that its 2018 Partner for Life Award has been awarded to Lincoln Public Schools in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) selected Edupoint® Educational Systems to implement the district’s industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform. The district’s Synergy solution will include the full suite of Synergy modules – Synergy Student Information System, Synergy Learning Management System with RTI/MTSS and Assessment, Synergy Special Education, and Synergy Analytics. MSBSD is the second-largest school district in Alaska, serving approximately 19,000 students across 47 schools near Anchorage.

Edupoint® Educational Systems has been selected by Pajaro Valley Unified School District to implement the company’s industry-leading Synergy® Student Information System. The district’s fully-integrated Synergy solution will include Synergy Online Registration and the TeacherVUE® gradebook in a cloud-hosted environment. Pajaro Valley Unified School District serves over 20,000 students in the diverse community of Watsonville on California’s central coast.

Edupoint® Educational Systems’ Synergy® Education Platform, which serves more than four million K-12 students nationally, has reached a new milestone with more than two million students now supported by its Online Registration component.  

Built from the ground up as a fully integrated module within the Synergy platform, Synergy Online Registration makes school registration and re-enrollment more convenient and efficient for everyone involved. Parents can enter or confirm their students’ information anytime and anywhere, and submit documents without having to make a trip to the office. Registration staff receive, review, and process completed forms efficiently online, dramatically reducing the cost and workload associated with printing, distributing, and managing paper packets. Schools and districts benefit from having immediate access to student data while saving money on printing and postage costs.

A major benefit for districts using Synergy Education Platform with Online Registration is the exceptionally high quality of data that results from embedding data validation in the registration and re-enrollment process while also eliminating the need to move data between systems and the risk that accompanies that movement.

In addition, Synergy creates a ParentVUE® portal account as part of the registration process, getting more parents engaged in their students’ learning by removing an unnecessary hurdle to viewing student assignments, test scores, and other classroom happenings.

The district’s fully-integrated Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System, Synergy Learning Management System With Assessment, Synergy Special Education, and Synergy Analytics in a cloud-hosted environment. Lancaster School District serves more than 11,000 students in south central Pennsylvania.

Edupoint® Educational Systems has announced that its Synergy® Student Information System is certified on the Ed-Fi Data Standard v2.0. The Ed-Fi Data Standard was developed by the education community as a simple yet thorough set of rules for enabling secure data systems to record and organize data to improve interoperability. Edupoint has been supporting Ed-Fi for state reporting submission for several years in many of the states served by Synergy, including Arizona. This new certification demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to supporting the standard. 

Edupoint® Educational Systems has been selected by Blue Ridge Unified School District to implement the company’s industry-leading Synergy® Student Information System. The district’s fully-integrated Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System, the TeacherVUE® gradebook, LessonVUE® Curriculum Management, and Synergy Special Education in a cloud-hosted environment. Blue Ridge Unified School District serves just over 2,000 students in eastern Arizona.

Edupoint® Educational Systems has been selected by Goleta Union Elementary School District to implement the company’s industry-leading Synergy® Student Information System. The district’s fully-integrated Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System, Synergy Online Registration, and the TeacherVUE® gradebook in a cloud-hosted environment. Goleta Union Elementary School District serves nearly 3,500 students in southern California’s greater Santa Barbara region.

Edupoint® Educational Systems has been selected by Joplin Schools to implement the company’s industry-leading Synergy® Student Information System, replacing Infinite Campus®. The district’s fully-integrated Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System, Synergy Online Registration, and the TeacherVUE® gradebook in a cloud-hosted environment. Joplin Schools serves nearly 8,000 students in southwestern Missouri.

Edupoint® Educational Systems’ industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform for K-12 student information and learning management is now fully integrated with Google Classroom™. This integration allows for classes and student rosters to be created in Google Classroom from data that already exists in the Synergy platform’s TeacherVUE® gradebook, as well as for the bi-directional exchange of assignment data and scores between systems.

Edupoint® Educational Systems has been selected by two Yuma school districts – Yuma Union High School District and Yuma Elementary School District One – to implement the company’s industry-leading Synergy® Student Information System. Both districts are migrating from Illuminate Education™. The fully integrated solution for each district will include Synergy Online Registration and the TeacherVUE® gradebook in a cloud-hosted environment. Located in southwestern Arizona, Yuma Union High School District serves more than 11,000 students and Yuma Elementary School District One serves over 9,000 students.

Edupoint® Educational Systems has been selected by Roanoke City Public Schools to implement the company’s industry-leading Synergy® Student Education Platform, migrating from PowerSchool® eSchoolPLUS.
